A short list of how we keep the hub friendly, safe and honest.

Keep it adult-only
Lucky Oz Play is for people aged 18 and over. Don’t share game content with anyone under 18 in a way that suggests it’s for them.

Play for fun, not profit
Virtual coins are a scoring system, not money. Don’t try to barter, sell, trade or exchange them — there’s no value attached and we don’t support any external trading.

Don’t exploit bugs
If you find a glitch, please tell us via the contact page instead of using it to inflate your local balance. It’s a small site and a quick email goes a long way.

No automation or scraping
Don’t use bots, scripts or automated tools to play the games or pull data from the site. The hub is meant to be enjoyed by people, not by software.

Be kind in any community space
If you contact us or talk about the site elsewhere, please keep it civil. We don’t tolerate hate, harassment or threats — even directed at us.

Look after each other
If a friend mentions that play is becoming a problem — even with virtual coins — point them at our Responsible Play page or the resources listed there.
What happens if these are broken?
We can revoke access from devices that are obviously abusing the site (for example automated traffic), and we may update these guidelines as the hub grows. We’ll always keep them short and plain-English.
